Is the plastic recycling industry "seizing the opportunity" to respond to political and media attention so that it can take a coordinated and proactive approach to promote plastic recycling?

Given the greater environmental responsibility that companies, consumers and governments must assume today, the more ambitious proposals and strategies around resources and recycling should surprise no one.As a non-profit organization and registered charity, the organization's vision is to lead and inform the continued development of sustainable and resource-conserving plastic recycling.

David Bellamy, a recycling patron, and environmental campaigners have confirmed his long-standing support;"I am pleased to say that after many years as a patron of recycling companies, the organisation continues to play a key role in developing the UK's plastic resources and recycling.Ensuring that these precious resources are recycled is a key component of developing a circular economy, improving resource security and meeting environmental responsibilities.
